Responsible to coordinate shipment of finished goods and schedules pick-up with appropriate common carriers, freight forwarders and parcel couriers (e.g. FedEx, UPS). Prepares physical shipment and all documentation in accordance with DOT/IATA/FAA/IMO and other requirements. HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
Chemist / R&D Applications is responsible for producing market ready prototypes by applying fragrance oils to various bases for internal and external evaluation; conduct stability testing and performance evaluations; troubleshoot compatibility and stability issues in various product formats; research new raw materials for viability and benefits in fragrances applications. Evaluate new and existing fragrance technologies for relevance in the marketplace; design protocols for evaluation and testing of new products. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with at least 5 years experience working with naturals, personal care
Utility Operators are responsible to perform their tasks in accordance with established safe work practices policies and procedures. Responsibilities include following established safety and operating procedures to handle chemicals, operate power operated vehicles; ensure the efficient and sanitary cleaning of pots, tanks and other equipment used in the manufacture of fragrances; prepare raw materials and equipment; maintain a clean and safe work area, adhere to all safety regulations, policies and procedures; be a team player and provide assistance where needed and directed by management. High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
