Carlos has 25 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry having worked on every facet of the business from chemical to commercial. He joined the Agilex team in 2021 and is responsible for Consumer Goods and Industrial & Institutional sales. He has degrees in science and chemical engineering, an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil) among other marketing and business courses completed in Australia, Germany and UK.
Carlos’ prior work in the chemical industry has provided him extensive experience in product development, strategic planning and international business, which are directly translatable to his work as VP Sales.
